The Team & Role
Lead Gem's new self-serve AI recruiting products. Work directly with a dedicated team of engineers and collaborate closely with the rest of Gem's Engineering, Product, and Design team. Build out and scale Gem's PLG motion in direct partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Partnerships.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Own Gem's self-serve product strategy and key business metrics.
- Define and execute Gem's self-serve roadmap, working directly with a dedicated engineering team and the rest of EPD.
- Be intensely customer-facing with a large load of external calls to maintain a deep understanding of the market and stay close to our users.
- Collaborate with Sales, Success, and Support to take our products to market and field feedback.
- Run Gem's startup program and expand our VC partner network together with our Head of Partnerships.
- Obsess over usability and champion product quality.
About You:
- 5+ years of product management experience.
- Direct experience with PLG B2B SaaS or a combination of consumer experience and B2B SaaS experience.
- Highly technical and obsessed with metrics.
